Motherhood

Motherhood ♡

I absolutely love being a mom.I enjoy spending time with my daughters and watching them grow. I feel absolutely blessed to have the possibility to embrace motherhood 24/7.

 (Emotions)

My older daughter is almost 9 years old and my toddler is 19 months. Now you ask, how do I
deal with their emotions?
A toddler can have lots of meltdowns but  that's totally normal for a toddler. The key is to understand that my 19 month old doesn't know how to control her emotions, and she behaves different when she is frustrated. Hugging her is almost the best thing I can do. Let her cry is important.

Talking about my 9 years old daughter, her meltdowns are different and it is easier for me as a mom to help her and teach how she can control her emotions. I always tell my daughter that we all have emotions and that she can always talk to her mommy. I accept who they are and how they feel. I always let them know that. "It's okay to be sad, let's see what we can do to  help you feel better."
