Toddler food

Simple and Heathy 

When we want an easy, nutritious mealtime solution all I can think is 
protein, vegetables and fruit. It doesn't have to be difficult.


But, meals are an important thing here in our house. I do my best to make sure my daughters eat healthy and have their necessary  nutrients. Both of my girls eat fruit and vegetables pretty well. Meat is not a food that they love the most but I always offer.
